Time Trials is an important start to the season! It allows swimmers to get a feel for what a meet will be like. We will run this like a swim meet (timers, stroke and turn officials), though it is just for Ashton swimmers. It allows coaches to get an idea of swimmers speeds and to see what strokes a swimmer is ready to compete in during a meet. |
